Have you ever wanted to cook like an Italian chef? 😲 Now you have the chance! In this exclusive Personalised Menu Course, you can be the boss of your own menu. Got an idea in mind? Let me help you! Meat or fish? An authentic Italian Risotto? Get ready for a culinary adventure with our Chef Alessandro 🍝👨🍳
You can choose between 4 or 5 dishes but is up to you, bring your friends or family (minimum 2 people, maximum 15) and we’ll take care of the rest.
The experience lasts about 3 hours and, together with the chef, you will prepare your chosen dishes while savouring delicious Prosecco and wines🍷
We’ll start with a glass of bubbly while we get to know each other, and then it’s time to cook! The best part? You decide the menu. Whether you fancy classic Italian dishes or something new and exciting, we’ll guide you every step of the way 🚀🍴
Each dish will be paired with a carefully selected local wine, which will enhance every bite of your homemade masterpiece. And, of course no Italian feast is complete without a glass of prosecco!🥂

Each participant will work individually or in pairs, always guided by the Chef, who will walk you through each dish step by step, sharing expert techniques, culinary secrets, and a whole lot of passion!
Since you design the menu, you’ll learn exactly what interests you most—whether it’s mastering the perfect risotto, crafting delicate seafood dishes, preparing traditional meat recipes, or even creating the ultimate Italian appetizer spread.
Throughout the class, you’ll discover the secrets behind authentic Italian flavors, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring each dish to life. Plus, you’ll gain insider tips on plating, wine pairings, and how to recreate everything at home like a pro!
