Class description!

During the Fresh Pasta & Gelato Course, we will take a journey through Italian gastronomy, exploring the traditions and roots of Roman cuisine.

The experience lasts about 3 hours, together with the Chef, you will prepare three types of fresh pasta:

  • Fettuccine
  • Ravioli 
  • Spaghetti alla Chitarra

We will start by getting to know each other while enjoying a glass of Prosecco, as the Chef explains how the class will unfold. But the choice of sauces is up to you will be the Chefs!

Together, we will select traditional Roman sauces or the ones that intrigue you the most (Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana, Gricia, Arrabbiata).

Each dish will be paired with a local wine, exalting the flavors of the delicious pasta you create. 

In addition to pasta, we will also prepare a fantastic Gelato.

What are you waiting for? It will be an unforgettable experience and we even have the perfect recipe for those who are Gluten-Free!

Each participant will work individually or in pairs, you will always be guided by the Chef who, with experience and passion, will lead you step by step.

You will learn how to make handmade pasta in different styles, including stuffed pasta, as well as delicious sauces that are simple yet packed with flavor, using just a few ingredients.

We will share with you the love, tradition, and knowledge of Roman cuisine and the unique ingredients that make it famous worldwide.
