During the Fresh Pasta & Gelato Course, we will take a journey through Italian gastronomy, exploring the traditions and roots of Roman cuisine. The experience lasts about 3 hours, together with the Chef, you will prepare three types of fresh pasta: Fettuccine, Ravioli and Spaghetti alla Chitarra.
